Winter Soltice

Allow yourself some time to just be, sit quietly alone, light a candle, close your eyes and just breath. Relax. Have no intention except to BE STILL. Watch the tension and stress flow off of you and in return feel rejuvinated!

Open to Abundance

It is so simple:
Place 1 hand over your heart, close your eyes and breath calmly. Imagine that your heart is doing the breathing.
That simple. Enjoy!
Self Worth

I love this truth. I have struggled with low self esteem and self worth my whole life. But once I really understood that everything outside of me is a reflection of a belief system within me I knew I had to be more honest and responsible to myself. I asked myself questions such as ~ What part of me don't I like? How do I measure my worth? Is it through the amout of money I make, my job title, the car I drive, where I live? Or, my sense of integrity and values I choose to live by?
The truth is that everyone's value is their heart. Love is the core of who we are, and nothing else. How are you going to let your love shine? Show off your worth. And remember the rule~ what you give is what returns back to you.
I know I want more love in my life!

But it can also bring with it stress due to spending alot of money, or not having the money to share the way you would like or even finding the extra time to decorate, bake cookies, volunteer or spend celebrating.
What I would like to remind you is to be who you are and take some time celebrating this season connecting to your Self. That highest aspect of yourself, the Christ Conscious that is waiting for you to shine for all to see. Everything is within you now and if your struggling with what is around you remember it is a reflection of something within you that needs to be looked at, learned from and then forgiven and let go.
Remember the reason for the season and bring love and joy to yourself so that way you can share it with others!!!
